Santiago began his career as a producer in 1996 hired by Prego Television in Colombia to head their TV commercials production department. For three years there he was responsible for overseeing the production of hundreds of commercials throughout Latin America for many of the region’s most recognizable brands. In 1999 he left Prego Television to pursue a career in filmmaking. Based mostly out of Miami for the next 19 years, five of those in Spain (from 2001-2005) and now in Cartagena (since 2019), he has been producing different formats of original content for film and TV since.

Recently announced at Miami’s NATPE 2020, a co-production agreement between Paraiso Pictures and Madrid-based The Mediapro Studio, a new series based on the true story of a drug kingpin turned government operative after the Sept. 11 attacks of 2001 has just entered development. “El Medico,” to be shot in English, is executive-produced and directed by Netflix’s “Fauda” Season 1 director Assaf Bernstein, and will enlist Academy Award-nominated producer Michael Nozik (“The Motorcycle Diaries”). Adriano has a degree in Advertising, Marketing and Broadcasting and he has developed a successful career as a publicist and audiovisual creator.

Alex Pereira began his career in entertainment as a graduate of Boston University’s Communications School. He is a founding partner of Paraiso Pictures, and an Emmy Nominated producer who started working in Los Angeles, at ICM (International Creative Management), one of the most powerful and respected talent agencies in the World. There he collaborated in projects like the Lord Of The Rings (trilogy), Moulin Rouge and Pirates of the Caribbean amongst many projects the agency was involved with. Seeking to become a producer, he left ICM to work closely with one of the top Hollywood managers, Joanne Horowitz, whose clients included Kevin Spacey and Michael Chiklis. While at Joanne Horowitz Management, he collaborated in projects such as The Life Of David Gale, Beyond The Sea, 21, The Shield, and Fantastic Four. In 2006 Alex became a founding member of Paraíso Pictures, a company structured to building a bridge between Hollywood and the Hispanic market.

Don’t let this serious pic disguise a funny guy who strives for perfection. His extensive business background makes him a kick-ass producer and talent, in addition to other business sectors including; golf retail, wine distribution, software development and technological start-ups. He graduated at the top of his class Boston University where he received an MBA in Marketing.
As a serial entrepreneur, he founded, developed and successfully exited several businesses. He's also an amazing golfer, a decent beach volleyball player and a mediocre snowborder.
